Bricknova har förvärvat 8 tomter i området med avsikten att bygga en bostadsrättsförening med parhus. Bricknova utvecklar nyproducerade fastigheter i attraktiva områden i Storstockholm. Bricknovas mål är att leverera kvalitet, finish och material i toppklass utan att kostnaden löper iväg.

I en annan affär förvärvar OBOS ytterligare 13 tomter i den norra delen av Valsjöberget. OBOS Sverige AB är en av Sveriges ledande bostadsutvecklare, med ca 1 000 medarbetare och över 150 000 sålda bostäder sedan starten 1927. OBOS Sverige ingår i norska OBOS, en medlemsägd organisation med säte i Oslo. Under 2019 levererade OBOS 3 814 bostäder i Norden.

OBOS har sedan tidigare förvärvat 41 tomter i den södra delen av området. OBOS har option att förvärva kvarvarande 50 tomter i den norra delen.

The sale of plots for small houses in Valsjöberget continues

Bricknova has acquired 8 plots in the area on which they plan to build villas. Bricknova develops newly produced properties in attractive areas in Greater Stockholm. Bricknova’s goal is to deliver quality and top-class materials in a cost-efficient way.

In addition to the above 8 plots, OBOS acquires another 13 plots in the northern part of Valsjöberget. OBOS Sverige AB is one of Sweden’s leading housing developers, with about 1,000 employees and over 150,000 homes sold since the start in 1927. OBOS Sweden is part of Norwegian OBOS, a member-owned organization based in Oslo. In 2019, OBOS delivered 3,814 homes in the Nordic region.

OBOS has previously acquired 41 plots in the southern part of the area and also has the option to acquire the remaining 50 plots in the northern part of the area.
